    Start on the coordinator dashboard to see open shifts, recent call-offs, and staffing metrics at a glance.

    • Check the Open Shifts stat — it stays in sync with Schedule Builder.
    • Use the live demo panel to walk through a simulated call-off workflow.

    CNA Roster

    Open the CNA Roster to review staff assigned to your facility, including shift preferences and availability.

    • Status badges show who is available, on-call, or unavailable.

    Schedule Builder

    View the weekly AM, PM, and NOC grid by unit. Filled cells show assigned CNAs; open cells need coverage.

    Create Open Shift

    Click any filled slot in Schedule Builder, then choose Create open shift to mark it unfilled for the week.

    Census & Ratios

    Compare census-based CNA requirements against scheduled staff for today across all units.
