Who receives messages

Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and other eligible healthcare staff at participating skilled nursing and long-term care facilities who provide their mobile phone number and explicit written consent during onboarding.

What messages are sent

Opted-in employees may receive text messages regarding:

• Open shift opportunities
• Schedule updates
• Staffing notifications

Message frequency varies.

Consent is not a condition of employment.

Privacy
