SMS Consent Policy
How certified nursing assistants (CNAs) opt in to and manage staffing-related text messages from StaffSync AI.

StaffSync AI may send SMS text messages to CNAs for staffing-related purposes such as open-shift alerts, coverage requests, and shift acceptance links. This policy explains consent requirements and your choices.
Opt-in requirement
CNAs must opt in before receiving SMS messages. Consent is recorded in the StaffSync AI roster by an authorized facility coordinator when a CNA agrees to receive staffing texts. Messages are sent only to CNAs marked as SMS opted-in and only for staffing coordination related to their facility.
By opting in, you agree to receive automated and manual text messages from StaffSync AI on behalf of your facility regarding available shifts, coverage needs, and related staffing updates.
Message frequency
Message frequency may vary. The number of messages depends on staffing activity at your facility—such as call-offs, open shifts, and coverage requests. You may receive multiple messages during busy periods and fewer or none when staffing is stable. We do not send marketing or unrelated promotional texts.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply.Standard messaging and data charges from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS you send or receive. StaffSync AI does not charge CNAs for receiving staffing messages, but your carrier's rates still apply.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS staffing alerts at any time by replying STOP to any StaffSync AI message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive staffing texts unless you opt in again through your facility coordinator.
Coordinators should also update your SMS opt-in status in the StaffSync AI roster to keep records accurate.

Supported carriers
SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device. Most major U.S. carriers are supported; delivery is not guaranteed in all cases or during carrier outages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and message activity are used only for staffing coordination as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell CNA phone numbers or message data.
